We will provide you with a "safety net" check on your foundation pad construction, one of our own in house engineers will visit your site and confirm that your civils worker is laying your foundation pads in the correct position and most importantly, confirm the holding down bolts are set in the correct position.

Our extensive knowledge of the construction industry coupled with our vast Experience of supplying and erecting top quality industrial premises will enable us to supply your new unit at the most competitive rate available. We may even be able to offer help and advice with areas of your project [i.e. groundworks etc.] which could also save you money.

We will supply you with our unique Allied Product Guarantee for all components supplied and fitted.

We will be on hand to give advice on all areas of your construction programme.

From day one we will provide: a) Your own "in house" Contracts Manager. b) Provide a step by step guide of what you or we need to do next. c) A detailed construction time schedule plan. d) Weekly construction report for duration of project.

We can look after your health and safety requirements [as legally required] by: a) Carrying out the role of Principal Contractor for our areas of works b) Instate an independent Planning Supervisor [if required]
